The Rebeldes earned their name when a number of mocano irregulars successfully picked off a Spanish relief expedition during the War for the Republic—a marked contrast to our timeline, in which the town surrendered without resistance to the American invasion.

Ranzafio is like if Bart Simpson was both a vampire and actually evil. It’s a silver-faced vampire with blue “hair,” including the requisite widow’s peak; maroon eyes, lidded in blue, and a big pink tongue sticking out between his white fangs. It wears a blue cape with maroon lining, topped with white lace resembling Gothic windows.
