The logo of the Liga Nacional Puertorriqueña: a big sky-blue circle, bordered in red and white, surrounding a smaller circle of darker blue with white borders, superimposed on which is a red-and-white nautical star that hosts the acronym "LNP" in black block letters.

The logo of the Changos de Naranjito: an orange "N" in an italicized bold font bordered in white and black, on a purple circle bordered in orange, then black, then orange.

Brillantes de Naranjito

Famous like many of its neighbors for its coffee and tobacco, Naranjito calls itself one of the most picturesque towns on the island, full of green hills and rainbow-girded slopes—and notoriously monochrome grackles, which is not thought a contradiction.

Mascot: Brillamarada

(brillar “to glow” + llamarada “blaze”)

Brillamarada, the mascot of the Changos de Naranjito, is avian glamour personified: a giant grackle whose wings and chest and tail iridesce with rays of brilliant, almost metallic orange and purple, blazing hot and magical against the simple color of the rest of its plumage. The purple feet and beak, and the golden eyes, are barely noticeable in comparison.
