The logo of the Liga Nacional Puertorriqueña: a big sky-blue circle, bordered in red and white, surrounding a smaller circle of darker blue with white borders, superimposed on which is a red-and-white nautical star that hosts the acronym "LNP" in black block letters.

150 years of the best baseball in the universe—all in one place.

The logo of the Hechiceros de Guayama: a very light blue "G" in cursive bordered and shadowed on a dark purple circle, decorated with black diamonds similar to the glow of a crystal ball and bordered in seafoam-black-seafoam.

Hechiceros de Guayama

Though fufú, on other islands of the Caribbean, is a mashed plantain dish, in Puerto Rico the term refers to various magical rituals used to curse one’s opponents—a trait of which the Brujos, from a town famous for expertise in the occult arts, have certainly taken advantage.

Mascot: Sombrilegio

(sombra “shadow” + sortilegio “trick”)

Sombrilegio, the Hechiceros de Guayama, is a sentient purple wizard's hat, decorated in seafoam stars and moons. (Do *not* tell it that it looks like pajamas.) A seafoam face peers out from between the two halves of the hat, and in its crooked tip, the hat holds a wooden staff topped with a seafoam orb.
